Mindset Method University for Kids

We are CAPE (Children And Parents Empowered), a Movement created out of a strong desire and passion to put a dent in the mental health stats and make a global impact. We have created science-based programs that build interpersonal skills in our youth and provide a resiliency toolkit to armor them through the peaks and valleys of life.

Our CAPE Mindset Method for Kids program provides a solution (not a bandaid), for the root cause of social-emotional, behavioral, developmental, and academic challenges. The benefits of the program are vast. We build foundational skills such as effectively processing emotions, resilient leadership, confidence, and mastering the art of goal setting. Our passion is guiding children to discover their true gifts and talents, developing a positive attitude, and nurturing a clear direction towards their goals and dreams for life success.
