About this speaker
Renee Vardouniotis (Var-dun-yo-tis :-) is the cofounder and CEO of the CAPE Movement. What began as a self-development and mindset journey during 2020 has now become Renee’s passion and purpose project. In 2021, when she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, it was centered around the vision that our youth would greatly benefit from learning and practicing personal development skills in an approachable, inclusive, and enjoyable manner. After linking arms with her business partner, Angie, their shared passion ignited the CAPE (Children And Parents Empowered) Movement. Together, they have created the Mindset Method University, innovative and progressive programs with content areas that are universally useful, functional, and effective.
Renee is a graduate of Penn State University, where she attended on a full academic scholarship and received her bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders. She continued her studies at New York University, and she holds her master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Before devoting her work full time to the CAPE Movement, Renee worked full time for 20 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist in elementary schools in New York and Pennsylvania. She loves helping children with their communication, language, and social skills and continues to provide speech therapy privately.
