Lainie Strouse is the President of Lower Merion Productions and has enjoyed success across a broad spectrum of the entertainment industry. As an accomplished TV and film producer, Ms. Strouse developed, produced and sold the award-winning feature “Teacher of the Year,” starring Keegan-Michael Key. The film streamed on Netflix, Amazon Prime and now on Paramount +, and has grossed over one hundred fifty times its budget. Ms. Strouse is also the Producer of “E.A.T. with Gavin Rossdale, currently in pre-production and the producer of “Abbie's Party”, a feature film scheduled for production in August 2022. Lainie has secured funding and developed projects such as the Whitney Houston biopic "I Wanna Dance with Somebody", the best-selling thriller "Ultimatum", and "Spinning Gold" (starring Michelle Monaghan). Lainie has also had tremendous success producing large-scale live events for non-profit organizations. She helmed the inaugural live concert event for Ellen DeGeneres’s “Ellen Fund” with Bruno Mars and Chris Martin raising 5 million dollars (with a 2 million dollar goal), Hilarity for Charity for Seth Rogen, and a record-breaking fundraising gala for Make-a-Wish featuring Robert Downey Jr. and Bush. She has produced award shows for the Writers Guild of America, the Producers Guild of America, the Makeup & Hairstyle Guild, the Los Angeles Film Critics Society, and the Asian World Film Festival. Lainie creatively solves problems, creates new opportunities, strategic partnerships, sponsorships and product placements to surpass project and revenue goals.
