Amelia Duran-Stanton

My name is Amelia Duran-Stanton. I was born in the Philippines and lived there and California in my formative years. I have been in the Army for over 31 years. I have a PhD in Postsecondary and Adult Education and a Doctor of Science in PA Studies in Orthopaedics. I am also Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certified. I am married with two children. I am an avid reader, writer, dancer and athlete. My passion is helping people find their passion to be their best selves. I enjoy helping people strategically plan their lives as they also improve their time management and prioritization. I am your instructor, coach, mentor, sponsor and most of all your cheerleader as you embark in the journey of self-reflection, improving yourself in strategically planning your life, prioritize, and manage your time.
